• Remember even the small races rock and the goody bag is not why you are racing. Racing is healthy way of donating to charity- a connection to who and why you are running. I see so many people drop money into a "Jar" and walk away not even remembering what they contributed to but with a race (biking, tri, boxing, marathon, mini...) YOU WILL REMEMBER ALL OF THEM, believe me.
